Laali Jewels is a sole proprietorship based in Mumbai, India, specializing in handcrafted imitation jewelry.
By using our Website, you agree to these Terms and our related policies, including the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Product Information

  • Imitation Jewelry: All products are made from high-quality, non-precious materials such as alloys, stones, glass, and imitation gemstones designed to resemble gold, diamonds, and other precious materials.
     

  • Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, actual colors, designs, and textures may vary slightly due to lighting, screen differences, or handcrafted variations.
     

  • Availability: Products displayed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any item at any time without prior notice.



3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
     

  • International Orders: Prices may appear in other currencies for reference, but billing will occur in INR or via the payment processor’s exchange rate. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.
     

  • Accepted Payment Methods:
     

    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

    • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
       

    • Digital Wallets (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe)
       

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) in select areas only
       

Payment Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize us and our third-party processors to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount.



4. Order Processing & Cancellation

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact us.
     

  • Order Modifications: Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified. For urgent changes, contact us immediately after placing the order.
     

  • Cancellation Policy:
     

    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours if it has not been dispatched.
       

    • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
       

    • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.



5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
     

  • Domestic Shipping (India):
     

    • Free shipping for orders above ₹1,500.
       

    • A flat ₹100 charge applies for orders below ₹1,500.
       

    • Delivery within 5–7 business days depending on location.
       

  • International Shipping:
     

    • Available to select countries.
       

    • Delivery times and charges vary by destination.
       

    • Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country.
       

    • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or courier restrictions.
       

  • Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays due to natural disasters, strikes, customs, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.
     

  • Risk of Loss: Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.



6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns: Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of imitation jewelry, returns are not accepted.
     

  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products.
     

    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with a video evidence of opening the packed package/
       

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
       

  • Non-Eligible Items:
     

    • Custom-made pieces
       

    • Sale items or promotional offers
       

    • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
       

  • Exchange Process: Once verified, we will arrange for pickup or ask you to ship the item back. Replacement or store credit will be provided based on availability.


7. Warranty & Repairs

  • Warranty: All jewelry comes with a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
     

  • Repairs: Post-warranty repairs can be requested; costs depend on the nature of the damage.
     

  • Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, moisture exposure, perfumes, or improper handling are not covered.

  • We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
     

  • Information collected during your interaction with our Website (e.g., name, contact, address, payment details) is used solely for processing orders and providing customer support.
