Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1,500 within India.

Flat Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹1,500, a flat shipping charge of ₹100 will apply.

International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped within India only.
4. Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic Orders: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer, and we advise you to check the estimated delivery time during checkout.

Delays: Delivery times may be impacted by factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, or delays by our shipping partners.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the courier's website.

Our shipping partners will attempt to deliver your order to the provided address. If there is no one available to receive the package, a delivery attempt will be made again.

If the package is not successfully delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
8. Order Damages

While we make every effort to ensure your order is packaged securely, in the rare event that your order is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in resolving the issue through an exchange or refund.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If you refuse the delivery of your order or if it is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to accept the delivery, we reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping costs.

If an item is returned due to refusal, we may process a partial refund, excluding shipping charges.
10. Transfer of Risk
All orders are shipped with standard tracking.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer once the package is delivered to the provided address or accepted by the courier for international destinations.
11. Force Majeure
Laali Jewels shall not be liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, courier issues, or government restrictions.
